The family-owned business promotes healthy, locally inspired food products while preserving regional culinary traditions. PDI supports the startup in developing a professional product line for the hospitality and restaurant sector, modernising packaging, and expanding distribution channels, strengthening its market position and reaching customers across Moldova. By strengthening local agri-food value chains and promoting traditional Gagauz cuisine across Moldova, the startup supports regional economic participation while highlighting shared cultural heritage, and fostering greater cooperation between Gagauzia and the rest of the country.
