What began as a family experiment in artisanal cheesemaking has evolved into a growing business producing more than twenty varieties of natural cheese. The enterprise works closely with local suppliers and contributes to the development of rural value chains. PDI support enables the business to modernise equipment, increase production capacity, and access new markets. By strengthening farmer-linked value chains, the strartup contributes to rural livelihoods and supports stable, legal economic activity.
